ADMISSION POLICY

  • The purpose of our admission policy is to help you go through the admission process effectively and to help you place your child in the appropriate class.
  • Admissions are open for the new session from the month of January to March.
  • An advertisement in the newspaper is given in the month of January every year.

REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION PROCESS- ONLINE AND OFFLINE

1) Prospectus is available in the school office between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on all the working days, as well as on the school website.

2) For online registration, kindly follow the steps given below steps:-
a) Go to the School’s website http://alwarpublicschool.com
b) Then click on the online enquiry and fill the online form then click on the online registration.
c) After depositing the registration fee, kindly take the print out  of the form with a receipt and submit it in the School office.

Kindly note:

  • Admission is based on the availability of seats.
  • Door to Door Bus facility available on certain routes for Pre-Primary only.
  • Optional subjects are given in Class XI only with a batch of minimum 10 students.
  • Provisional admission is given in Class XI until T.C. & Mark sheet of previous school is submitted.
  • Registration is not a confirmation of Admission.
  • Following Documents need to be submitted with the prospectus.
    a) A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
    b) Medical record.
    c) Two passport size photographs.

Once the prospectus is filled and submitted, the admission procedure begins.

Class size is mostly restricted to 30-35 students in each class.

Note: Admissions is open to all, strictly based on the first come. If no seats are available the application is placed in the waiting list.

TRANSPORTATION

  • The School has a fleet of yellow buses to provide transportation facility to the students and teachers. The school buses serve and cover all the major residential areas of the city and its suburbs. The routes of the school buses are made keeping in mind the needs of the parent/child.
  • A conductor and a Narayan Sevak (in the Pre-Primary routes), from the school are always in the bus for the safety of the students.
  • A teacher also accompanies the students while going back.
  • All the buses are connected with GPS system.
  • Cameras are installed in each bus.
  • Each bus is equipped with a first aid box and a fire extinguisher.
  • The bus route along with the timings and bus stops are given to the parent at the beginning of the session.

OUR ASSETS

  • Classrooms at Alwar Public School are spacious and well ventilated. We have excellent lighting . We ensure our students get classrooms that are not only airy, but also attractive and comfortable.
  • The number of students in each class is restricted so that the teachers can give individual attention to each student.
  • Aesthetically designed and colourful furniture has been provided in each classroom,keeping the child’s comfort in mind.
  • We have lots of different resource materials like playing blocks, puzzles, beads, flashcards, moulding clay, handmade teaching aids/ cards. We have many toys and equipment to play with. Swings and slides, see-saw, jungle gym,sand pit for outdoor activities.
  • PA systems are installed in each and every class along with corridors and play area.School has an ERP software to manage all the activities of the institution.

SAFETY MEASURES

To keep the APS tree strong and growing, we need to maintain its safety and ensure that it is secured. Safety and the security of our students is of utmost priority to us. For this we have:

1. Specially designed Id Cards.
2. Pure filtered drinking water.
3. CCTV Cameras.
4. Danger signs on the electricity boards.
5. Fire extinguishers.
6. Evacuation maps are placed in all the classes and corridors. Children practice Evacuation Drills on and off.
